I used to work in retail and one day a woman wearing a VERY large diaond ring came up to the cash. I have no idea how many carats it was but I wanted to say "Here, let me help you with that". The ring, I mean. It looked so heavy! Surely no one would walk around wearing this! It must be a specimen or display piece. Wow! I'm shocked. Flawless, yet. Swoon! I would really rather have the money to be able o afford it but as you said buy other pieces to actually wear! I can’t imagine.
